Shipping policy

 

Return Policy:
We have a no-refund policy. Products can only be exchanged in a period of 7 days after delivery has been processed. Once, we receive the garment, we will check it thoroughly & then dispatch it again.

Exchange Policy: Product replacement delivery charges will be Rs. 400/-

Shipping Procedures:
All orders are handled within seven to eight working days. On weekends or holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing many orders. Please allow for extra travel days for delivery. We will notify you by email or phone if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your item.
